What about Ulba and Sukhumi? Do they fit in the same class as the others you mentioned?
On second thought, I suppose Sukhumi obviously wasn't a closed city, and Ulba may not have been as it did a lot of LEU stuff.
I'd still be curious if you had any further comment on the other facilities though, as your commentary on the facilities in your post was fascinating.
The article you wrote is very riveting and I believe you should receive praise for it.
